The city of Detroit and community leaders are taking action to address a string of shootings at what police are calling illegal block parties.
The city of Detroit and community leaders are taking action to address a string of shootings at what police are calling illegal block parties. Over the three days from July 4 through July 6, 27 people were shot at six different parties. Three of those people died.
